RETURN

If you return the product you bought from our company to our company within fifteen (15) days , starting from the date of delivery, without destroying it, without using it, your transaction will be considered. ORDER CANCELLATION

For payments made by credit card, you can cancel your order by sending an e-mail to info@tanteroza.com.tr until 16.30 CEST on the same day. If you are going to pay for your order by wire transfer and you decide to cancel your order without transferring yet, it is sufficient to send an e-mail to info@tanteroza.com.tr with your member name and order number stating that you want to cancel your order.

DELIVERY

All the products you order are packed in their special boxes and delivered to the cargo.

Except for payment at the door, shipping is free for all your orders, regardless of the order amount. The product is delivered to the cargo after the authorization is received for the purchases you make and the approval is obtained from the Fraud/Fraud department of the bank where the purchase is made. If necessary, an authorized person from Tante Roza will call you and get the necessary confirmations. These transactions are very important in terms of protecting the credit card holder.

DELIVERY TIME

Moreover; cargo deliveries are only valid for Türkiye. For Istanbul, places up to 200 km from Istanbul, big cities and city centers, the delivery time is 1 working day. Delivery can be made to other provinces in 2 working days, and to towns and villages far from city centers in 3 working days at most. Cargo delivery is also available on Saturdays.
