Exchange & Return

The return procedure of all products purchased from our website www.tanteroza.com.tr is regulated in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

The consumer cannot use the right of withdrawal for the products that are produced upon the special requests and demands of the consumer or that have been personalized by making changes or additions. For this reason, products written on it, etc., in line with the demand of the consumer. Products that cannot be used again, such as products that cannot be used again, are included in the scope of products for which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.

RETURN

Without destroying, using the product you bought from our company, and starting from the date of delivery to you, to our company. If you return it within fifteen (15) days, your transaction will be considered. Our company, before sending our products to our valued customers, examines the product in detail and makes the utmost effort to not send you defective (defective) goods as a principle. After the return is received, it is examined by experts whether the return conditions are fulfilled. If the return is approved, within 10 days, the price of the products will be returned to the bank account if the order was placed using a credit card, to the credit card, or to the bank account if it was given via wire transfer/EFT.

Before sending us the product you want to return, please contact us using the phone number or e-mail address in our contact section. The products sent to info@tanteroza.com.tr without notification by e-mail will be sent back to our valued customers.

For returned and exchanged products, shipping and payment at the door belong to the buyer. For returned products, the customer is paid by deducting the shipping and payment at the door.

CHANGE

After you receive your order, as long as there is no customer-induced damage or use on the product, you can show your e-invoice from our stores or by sending an e-mail to info@tanteroza.com.tr from our online store www.tanteroza.com.tr within 1 month (30 days) you can change. Exchange-related shipping charges belong to the buyer.

ORDER CANCELLATION

For payments made by credit card, you can cancel your order by sending an e-mail to info@tanteroza.com.tr until 16.30 CEST on the same day. If you are going to pay for your order by wire transfer and you decide to cancel your order without transferring yet, it is sufficient to send an e-mail to info@tanteroza.com.tr with your member name and order number stating that you want to cancel your order.
